Hi, I just wanted to say a few things even though this video came out like 4 month’s ago. Rue is named after Rue from Euphoria, even though the song itself isn’t really about her. It’s about her struggling with her mental health. She struggles with mental health, Rue struggles with addiction. The song is to her mom and her sister. Also, hornylovesickmess is from her pov to the other person in the relationship ( that she was the toxic one). At the end of the song, the words are- “my love comes out at midnight ”, and the next song on the albums is midnight love, which is from the other’s persons pov( like they are saying that to Marie( girl in red), that they can’t be her midnight love). The songs are “connected”, because they have the same storyline and are about the same person and relationship. Idk why, i just wanted to shared. Also, english is not my first language, so sorry for any mistakes :)
