Hi there I just start to plan for a Cafe business And I want your advice for the machine, is this nuova is good as la marzocco? Or it give the same quality Thank you
I have just noticed that capresso made an "update" to the EC-pro, the Cafe-pro, and i was wondering if you could do a review/comparison of the to machines. I went to the capresso webside and did there comparison and the only notable difference was that the EC-pro had 16bar of pressure and the Cafe-pro had 15 bars. Is there any other big differences between them? Thanks :)
Hi Christopher! These machines are functionally identical except that the EC Prop has a single boiler while the Cafe Pro moves to a Thermoblock. Let me know if you have any other questions!
Hello, looking to open a coffee shop and have a NUOVA SIMONELLI APPIA II COMPACT 2 GROUP SEMI. Where are some good training videos to help me learn how to use the machine?
i want to buy 2 group espeesso machine, can anyone recomend me worth buying espresso machine? i have looked up 2 brands nuova siminelli appia 2 and iberital L'anna. FYI, nuova simonelli appia II costs around $518. thanks.
would this be good for a high volume coffee shop? we rarely double bar and had to get rid of our triple group head simonelli because it was a shitty ass second generation
@@wearashirt im looking at the compact model ns. Do you use in a commercial setting? A salesperson told me the compact version does not do well with simultaneous steaming and coffee making due to single boiler. Whats your experience with that?
+Bodhi Tree if you live in cold climate and hot lattes fly out the bar, the tech might be right. The reason its good for me is bec I use blenders all day. We basically suck at latte art bec of little practice.
@@320homestead9 regardless, even with a double shot portafilter, depending on your dosage he still overpulled a shot which can pull a rancid cup of joe. with parameters of 20g in 30g out that would be optimum, also depending on the roast.

La marzocco is much better, they're double boiler, but the nuova is allot cheaper, depends on business model
The left side of our espresso machine is pulling double the amount for a double shot. How do we adjust/fix that?

A big ass machine for entry-level or non-focused businesses? I wish!
NS has a "compact" version of this. I use it, although im in the tropics, so no issue with bitter cold winters.

Those cups are from Acme! www.seattlecoffeegear.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=acme
Demonstrating a fully automatic machine . . . then you pull a manual shot hahaha . . .
Nuova Simonelli Appia Life please
simonelli appia 2 milk foaming cream is too much .. I wonder why? The cream of milk is always too much
What on earth is an "alternative milk"?
Almond milk, soy milk, hemp milk, oat milk, cat milk. You know, normal stuff.
@@SeattleCoffeeGear So when I'm having tea, can I say I'm drinking alternative coffee?
We call it leaf water but alternative coffee is nice too.
Dude you're "test shot" was legit like 6 ounces of espresso xD That's NOT a shot. It's supposed to be 1oz or less for the best flavor.
basically made drip coffee at that point
But he looked genuine when he said "and that turned out really nicely " lol

Tanta máquina y tan poca explicación 😛
What a clown🤣🤣
That riser is really high-tech, I bet it justifies the price of that ridiculous machine.
