    Thank you

      La marzocco is much better, they're double boiler, but the nuova is allot cheaper, depends on business model

    I have just noticed that capresso made an "update" to the EC-pro, the Cafe-pro, and i was wondering if you could do a review/comparison of the to machines. I went to the capresso webside and did there comparison and the only notable difference was that the EC-pro had 16bar of pressure and the Cafe-pro had 15 bars. Is there any other big differences between them? Thanks :)

      Hi Christopher! These machines are functionally identical except that the EC Prop has a single boiler while the Cafe Pro moves to a Thermoblock. Let me know if you have any other questions!

      @@wearashirt im looking at the compact model ns. Do you use in a commercial setting? A salesperson told me the compact version does not do well with simultaneous steaming and coffee making due to single boiler. Whats your experience with that?

      @wearashirt 6 лет назад +1

      +Bodhi Tree if you live in cold climate and hot lattes fly out the bar, the tech might be right. The reason its good for me is bec I use blenders all day. We basically suck at latte art bec of little practice.
