Premier Allan cannot be dumped according to Labour Party directives. The whole Rudd, Gillard, Rudd saga left the party red faced and looking shambolic. Andrews couldn't be overthrown either, even when his Covid policies were harming the public. Bracks and Brumby were appointed , if I recall correctly, to administrate the Party at that time to ensure there would be no division in the Party Caucus.
