I was cast as Miss Sherman this year for my High School's production. Miss Sherman in this video is fantastic! This is one of the better productions of this song that I have seen! Great job!

I went for Carmen and didn't get either her or the understudy - but the understudy was originally Iris, which leaves her part open and now she's being reauditioned! Heh. A bunch of people in the comments are all 'awwwwww, I wanted such part but I got that other part instead'. You know what I would have been happy to get? ANYTHING. Fame was my dream, we finally put on a production, and I got to sing half a song. HALF a song. I was ensemble, and I got a full song for like, a day. Then they cut my part. The worst part is, it wasn't for any reason other than they didn't want me to get too much stage time. It was Carmen's main song (the actress didn't want to sing), and they chopped half of it out. I am a straight A drama student and have performed songs in front of crowds. And that happened. So think about the bright side, guys, you could've been ME :P
Im going ot be Mabel on friday and saturday (next week! x3) but i actually wanted to be either Serena Carmen or Ms.Sherman when the call backs came my friend was aske dto be ms sherman but she broke down crying so now her chances were lower to get a good role now we have a 6th grader with a soft voice doing this role *LIF LESSON* read the script befor eyou bash the role O__0
