I get caught up comparing myself to my peers (who probably hate their 9-5s btw) and placing too much emphasis on making more money instead of helping others. Ok I'm going to be 100% honest here. I watched this video 2 times. After watching this video I truly understand what it means to be human. There will be ups and downs and a lot of crazy stuff will happen but in the end there will always be someone there to pull you through. You wouldn't want to be that person that makes fun of someone or says something mean that causes someone to do something terrible like shooting up a bunch of people or killing themselves because they feel they don't belong. Like Bradley said we all end up in the same box. Some of us may have bells and whistles on their box but that doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is how you feel and how you make others feel. Before watching this video I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my life, what career to pursue, but I always thought it would be cool to be a trainer. I fell in love with fitness and self growth and becoming the best version of myself about a year and a half ago, so i started working at a gym thinking that i would be around folks that love fitness and the lifestyle like myself, you and the people that follow you. I was wrong the same reason you talked about how managers and higher ups in a fitness club don't care about the people. All they care about is the dollars and cents and hitting they're numbers to get bonuses on PT sales and memberships sales. it made me not look at fitness they same way anymore. Overall Bradley Martyn is my biggest inspiration by far. I feel as if I can grow up and do whatever I want. No matter what anyone else thinks. I really wanna become a trainer it's just I don't know much about it yet, but I'm probably going to go to college and learn more from other people as I go. Ok I'm going to be 100% honest here. I watched this video 2 times. After watching this video I truly understand what it means to be human. There will be ups and downs and a lot of crazy stuff will happen but in the end there will always be someone there to pull you through. You wouldn't want to be that person that makes fun of someone or says something mean that causes someone to do something terrible like shooting up a bunch of people or killing themselves because they feel they don't belong. Like Bradley said we all end up in the same box. Some of us may have bells and whistles on their box but that doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is how you feel and how you make others feel. Before watching this video I didn't really know what I wanted to do with my life, what career to pursue, but I always thought it would be cool to be a trainer. To get the satisfaction of making someone feel good in their body, no matter how big or small they are. It always seemed cool to me. TBC-

I fell in love with fitness and self growth and becoming the best version of myself about a year and a half ago, so i started working at a gym thinking that i would be around folks that love fitness and the lifestyle like myself, you and the people that follow you. I was wrong the same reason you talked about how managers and higher ups in a fitness club don't care about the people. All they care about is the dollars and cents and hitting they're numbers to get bonuses on PT sales and memberships sales. it made me not look at fitness they same way anymore. Atleast from a big commercial gym stand point. Thanks for touching that topic. It's true!
