I first saw this in a hospital waiting area in 1985. It caught my imagination straight away. Stark in-your-face reality of the dangers of electricity tempered with the subtle but straight opinions of two cartoon characters voiced by time-served actors. All the ingredients for a public information film aimed at children and young people. A fantastic piece of film which needs more pushing. This film needs to be out there more.
We had Play Safe films in Canada in the 1970s as well. Ours were produced by the War Amps, and mostly featured kids who had been involved in farm accidents and the like. One or two had been run over by trains.
