i have a 1060 3gb... RIP to me - i overclock this shit and use lowest possible settings and it's kinda playable at like 30 - 40 fps max with a lot of drops. But bitch am i committed to finnish this game because the 2018 was one of the best games i have ever played in my life

Hell yes! I've got a RTX 3070 Ti w/R7 5700X which means I can already run at max settings. Even so, I always go custom settings no matter what because I'll be closer to 165hz. Also, as you've shown, sometimes going lower settings could be better (due bugs etc.). I'm glad I've found your channel! ^^
Very well done! I’m able to achieve 100-116 fps at 4k on my rtx 3080 12gb with these settings (hair set to high for preference) compared to very high which had me hover around 70-90

The traffic density works as intended but they just gave it the wrong name. What this option does is just change the draw distance of cars instead of how many cars drive in New York. It's the same for crowd density. I'd keep this option at high since it doesn't inpact performance that much but keep it at low/ medium if you have less than 16 gb Ram.

its non sense, he is doing optimization for single player games, warzone its competitive game, for now when game is so bad optimized, everyone needs every fps, so its obvious that everything should be set to low or very low
I dont know if it got fixed, but texture filtering on my 12 gb rtx 3060 doesnt impact perfomance in any way. Again, maybe it got fixed or the extra memory is helping
That sounds like a CPU bottleneck ,lower settings that impact CPU like Level of detail , turn off Ray Tracing (if you are using it) , lower Crowd Density , install the game on an SSD or Nvme if it's installed on HDD , increase resolution and don't use fsr or dlss you'll just make it worse.
I did it for Spider Man Remastered : ruclips.net/video/I0_e-TG835s/видео.html and it's similar in Miles Morales so there is no need to do it again , in summary if you have RTX GPU use DLSS , if you have AMD or GTX/GT GPU use FSR 2.1 , if you have intel use XeSS and avoid IGTI if you can.
in addition to not paying a monthly fee to play online, adjust the graphics, have more fps, more resolution, more precision in shooting games, watching P0RNNN, Cracked games and many other things? I don't know...
1. If you dont have a PS4/PS5 then you can play it 2. You can get better FPS and quality 3. You can install mods 4. You can play with keyboard and mouse if you want (I prefer controller tbh)
