i wish you did more than 6 songs. you’re gonna miss out on their latest album after laughter from 2017. their sound changed so much from their first 3 albums and i prefer how they sound now

Self titled album sucked, but After Laughter was incredible. Dancey, pop, upbeat, yet very unbelievably depressing lyrically.

Paramore write their own songs, they don’t really collaborate with other artist as a band cause they told once in one of the interview that its weird for them to sing someone else’s song. So paramore is very genuine band, all songs from them comes from their hearts.
If you want to hear some awesome acoustic guitar from Paramore, one of my favorite softer songs from them is Misguided Ghosts from the same album Brand New Eyes. And also think you should check out 26 and Tell Me How.
I was thinking the same. God that song guts me in an unexpected lost way.
I'm not super into their newer stuff, but i never get tired of the older Paramore songs. Not that they can't change! People grow and change. That's as it should be. The newer stuff just doesn't hit for me like these older ones do.
Random side note: I would love, love, LOVE, to see your reaction to the live performance of Bad Habits at the Brit Awards that Ed Sheeran did with Bring Me the Horizon. IT. WAS. EPIC. So good, in fact, that fans of both artists pretty much begged for a studio version of the collab, and we got it 😄. Both versions are great, but the live performance is a must-see.

If you want to be blown away by this song then look at the Reading Festival version when due to a power failure they sang an acoustic version of it. It's outstanding...
I was in a grocery store and they played this song...you know how they do it, the mind numbing noise they usually play. But this song caught me immediately and I Googled it. Never heard of Paramore. It went on my Playlist that day and I listen to it at least once a week. A 58 year old guy, and I love Paramore.
They actually did win a Grammy but in their more recent stuff

loved this 6 by, and congrats on 100k! i sometimes go through phases where i listen to a band's full discography from front to back and i think the next one is gonna have to be paramore. another recommendation for probably the most chaotic song i've heard in a while is black ice by paledusk. they've just released a new single called slay which might be a bit more palatable but black ice has so much going on it'd be interesting to see david's take on it

You mentioned about how epic this song would be live with all the phones/lighters, look up their performance of it at Reading Festival in 2014. They were originally going to cut the song from their set for time but the sound system went out in the middle of the song so this ended up getting slotted back in and was probably their greatest live performance of The Only Exception

I know everyone’s been recommending Hard Times and Rose Colored Boy from the After Laughter album, but I have to slide Told You So in there for you, David! Especially since you’re asking for live recommendations, they did a performance on the Late Late Show w James Corden that will particularly peak your interest ❤️ The other two songs are bangers but this one is more of a technical marvel!
Honestly i have the biggest crush on Hayley i will not lie. All her music is like a serenade and its beautiful.
They use phones with lights during the shows when she sings it. She also has the crowd sing some of it. I love them and this song is amazing.

Paramore have gotten me through some of the hardest moments in my life. You should listen to a few tracks of the "After Laughter" album. Very differently, but the lyric writing is phenomenal. I was lucky enough to see them on tour in the UK, with the After Laughter album and played some of the earlier albums too. It quickly became one of my favourite albums by them, but I was a young teen going through some shit and the Riot album was my entire world. Incredible band and Hayley is an amazing human being with a outstanding voice and lyric writing talent. Was so happy to come across these videos of yours. Now a fan of you!.

You have GOT to check out Bad Omens. They’re such a good band. I would suggest giving them a shot by reviewing “THE DEATH OF PEACE OF MIND”, and if you like them maybe doing another 6 by with their songs “Like A Villain”, “The Grey”, “Dethrone”, “Mercy”, “Never Know”, and “Limits”! I think you will LOVE these guys.

I have such mixed feelings about this song XD because it's beautiful, but also in retrospect, she was right that love (almost) never lasts and, in the end, he wasn't the exception. Would love to see you react to After Laughter, their last album. I think it's much more mature, regardless whether people enjoy the sound or not, and they use a fake, happy poppy colourful aesthetic to talk about grim subjects, in a metaphor for how celebrities are demanded to always look happy and on top of shit. Rose Coloured Boy and Fake Happy are both great songs from there.
You need to just go through their entire discography. Every album. At their shows the crowd will sometimes sing along louder than she does. I've never experienced that at a show. It's just her Zack and Taylor now, with her backing band, and it sounds great. Also it would be cool if you stopped playing keys a long with their songs. It's doesn't allow people to hear the song the way its suppose to sound. IMO.
