Remember guys, Mark being half Viltrumite has NOTHING to do with why he isn't strong enough. Viltrumite DNA is so pure that Mark is literally almost full blooded. The real reason that Mark isn't as strong as other Viltrumites (currently) is due to his lack of experience and his young age. Viltrumites get stronger the more they fight and the older they get. Omni-Man is 2,000+ years old and so is Anissa. They have had millennia of combat and experience.
That's not entirely true. In the comics at least, viltrumite hybrids take on more of their non-viltrumite traits from birth to adolescence, which is when the viltrumite dna begins to take over and the viltrumite traits become increasingly prominent. That's why it took so long for Mark to develop his powers, and why Nolan wasn't even sure whether or not Mark would have powers. At this point in the story Mark's viltrumite genes have just begun to fully take over.
@@jessewest5456 I appreciate your comment...but...I have to disagree.
SPOILER ALERT. COMIC BOOK INFO BELOW:
Mark's daughter developed her Viltrumite powers much earlier than Mark. Mark didn't manifest powers until he was 17 while his daughter got powers around age 7 I think. Oliver also got his powers early and even put on a costume and flew around when he was an eight year old equivalent, ( he ages faster so he was chronologically two or three years old.) And finally Mark's son also got his powers when he was still a child, definitely under 10 years old. Viltrumites are triggered by trauma. The more they fight and are beaten up, the stronger they become. Mark didn't get powers until AFTER Todd bullied him and beat him up. Mark's daughter and Oliver suffered attacks as little children and got powers after. Mark's life was too soft early on.
I love how you guys care so much about Mark's relationship 😂
The show really redeemed Amber this season. The scene with Anissa was so anxiety inducing LOL. Amber was literally an insect in her hands. The relationship ended in the only way it could. The story with Allen and then with Angstrom too. Then we can't forget the Sequids. We also haven't heard from Battle Beast too. Maybe he'll be someone who can fight the Viltrumites? So many things to look foward to in the story!
10:16 Winslow doesn't know Mark's father is Omni-Man -- all he knows is that Nolan Grayson "died" in a natural gas explosion (the cover story Cecil engineered) so Winslow is showing Mark sympathy for grieving for a dead parent
Thank you
That lil 4th wall break moment is in the comics lol
bullet proof back story is actually crazy asf
You know it's good cuz everyone forgot they hated Amber
No bro I didn't
Yall ain’t ready for the finale lol
Y'all know every time, or anytime, that cecil needs & wants to teleport is spending like $5 million with every time see him use teleporting.
So good
I’m curious if you guys watched Bravern🔥
Anissa!
There was a comic version of the animation joke in the comics
First for the boys!!!!!!
