Sir, mera ek question hai ki after this judgement, section 10(3)(C) and 10(5) of passport act 1967 Ka kya hua? Means unko change kar diya, unconstitutional declared Kar Diya, hta Diya gya ya phir legislature ne koi procedure bna diya.?....
