Love these! I use these binders at home and have converted my coworkers to love them as well. As a weird side note, a binder that has not been converted gave me a "papercut" today when it fell over because of how the plastic edges are done. No sharp edges on these!
I love binders and folders for organization, I am a huge cross Stitcher so I have tons of patterns, kits, fabric, threads, current projects, finished projects, sewing and finishing supplies, and tons of cross stitching supplies in a very limited space. So I am quite happy I am organized like you.
My favourite colour binder is the white because it is very simple, and screams organization to me. And could you please do a backpack, purse, and/or gym bag organization video please!😘 PS: You're a great organizer
I use the the light blue 3'' better binder for my Ultimate Organizing binder. It's where I keep papers on the different organizing styles, charts, lists, before and after photos of my projects, pictures of different organized spaces (I flip to this for ideas when struggling to organize, say, a really small area), organizing projects I want to do, plus when I help others get organized I take pics, etc. I love their binders, but never heard about them 'till I was watching some of your videos a few years ago!

Alejandra, you introduced me to these binders and they are now my favorites as well. I copied your method for coupon organization using the mini binder and I love it - my mini binder goes where I go! I stocked up on the binders when Staples offered a 30% off coupon.
The binder with the removable spine is really neat. I like to put all of my old notes and schoolwork in filing in case I need to refer back to them, and that would be a really easy way to store them without having to buy a whole new binder every time! I might have to pick some of those up when school starts this year. This was a helpful video!

I have a lot of binders to organize my papers, too. I have three binders just for recipes! One for "Christmas and Holiday recipes", one for "Decadent Desserts", and one for "Healthier Snacks". I also have binders for "Plants and Garden Ideas", "Knitting and Crochet Patterns", and "Doll and Miniature Patterns". I have a few others, but you get the idea. Anyway, I'm always looking for a better way to organize and keep my papers, so this is just terrific. Thanks so much!

If anyone doesn't live near a Staples -I don't :( - You can go to Officeworks and they sell these awesome binders that you zip down the sides! In school, my papers always used to fall out/break, so that was quite helpful. It also has a plastic pocket in the side.

but those are really bulky and don't fit in a backpack....
Yeah, that's the disadvantage. But I like to take the textbooks out and put loose papers into a satchel-type thing in my bag to take home, so when I return with the completed work, I return them to their designated folder. Of course, this depends on how much you need to take home.

I wish I would have known the Pink binder was a limited edition last year when you posted the videos. I went crazy at Staples looking for that binder last year!! I was so upset because the Staples employees had no idea what I was talking about and said they didn't carry a binder with the poly.... I wish they still made it though, I LOVE the built in poly envelope! Thanks for this video now I finally know why

I love these binders as well and I have slowly converted the entire office into switching to these binders too!!! I beam with pride as I walk around the office and see everyone's colorful binders. If only I were allowed to color coordinate all of theirs. :)

I'm a 24 year old male who's somewhat of a perfectionist and loves your organizational videos. I'm recently joining the airforce and am going to have to be living in the dorms for a couple of years. I know you do a lot of home organizational tips, but I was wondering if there was anyway you could do some small dorm room sized organization methods. Maybe organizing smaller bedrooms would be a better way to phrase it? Just curious! You've been incredibly helpful streamlining everything on a daily basis and I look forward to more videos. Appreciate it!

My favourite binder is just a cheap one from a local store and it's red but I use it a lot and it looks so nice in my bookshelf

I so want these binders-I'm a teacher in Australia and contacted Staples in Australia but they don't stock them. Is it bad that I really really want to fly to America with empty suitcase and stock up on them. The thought has crossed my mind. Want to organise the zillion pieces of paper I keep-I don't trust computers-lost everything on a external hard drive a few years ago and learnt my lesson! I wish Alejandra, you could convince Staples Australia to stock them! I know so many people who would buy them!

Well, I just found this channel through Clean My Space...I have resigned myself to losing the next five hours of my life watching videos. I love it!
I have been on the hunt for my ideal school supplies and I used these binders in the past but I find that they're more bulky than traditional Avery heavy duty binders and I can't fit as many into my backpack. I can fit 7 Avery 1-inch binders while only 3 of these binders. I do like them though, but not for school where i have to lug many separate binders. If you are allowed to use 1 or 2 binders in school with all your subjects, I would definitely use them! :)
Alejandra, I'm not sure if its possible (since you seem like a person with a full schedule lol) but I'm DYING to see how you would organize an untidy place. Like, maybe somebody needs help with a room on their house and you help them out by organizing it! I guess it could be an awesome challenge for you (not that you can't overcome it ^__^ ) and also could appreciate even more your organizing skills by comparing the before and after.
I used one of the 'back to school binders' as you called them and the poly envelope pocket ended up ripping about half way through the year. Other than that, it was very good quality just like the traditional better binders.
I like the designed ones. they r so cute. it is my main binder this year 4 school and it is so durab,etc I love it
can you make a vid on organizing a sewing area with limited space? I have fabric sewing machine thread and sewing sundries I also have half finished projects all crammed into one tiny little space we are about to move but I am going to have limited space there as well.... but am determined to be more organized in my next place
last year I got a 2 blue better binders which went perfectly with my pink keppling(I think that's how you spell it ) backpack. this year I decided to go classic and got 2 white better binders with a black jansport backpack.
hey so I recently finished my first year in secondary school (that is middle school in America) and I found it difficult to keep my school bag organised so I was hoping you could do a video about organising your bag. I used one of these in college, the only issue I have ever had with this binder was the rubber edges catching on the inside of my book bag. I preferred the sturdier one from walmart that is solid smooth plastic because it held up well and didn't catch, I'm still using one of these as my coupon book with a rubber band to make sure the coupons don't fall out.
The rubberband is a great idea! I know what you mean about the rubber edges. They should make them smooth.
I like using white binders. To me I think it makes the shelves look more organized, but that's my personal opinion :)

Hi Alejandra! I'll be a freshman going into my first semester of college in August. Yikes. Anyways, I was SO unorganized throughout high school and it really screwed me and I know I really need to change that and keep organized so that I can be more successful in college. Anyways, could you possibly do a video on organization for college students? Most college students I've talked to are taking about 5 classes a semester and like to take notes on laptops. Or maybe you could talk about dorm room organization? Or keeping your living essentials organized in your dorm? Any tips would help! Thank you :)

This is great content Alejandra. You've done your homework well in the research as well as the layout in the video. Do you think office files can be in binders solely? That is, without drawer files? Also, with binders, are you using transparent paper protectors for each sheet?
