Let us call four numbers as one section in the given tcp dump. There are 10 sections given.
Replace the letter O with all zeros in 4th , 6th and 10th section.
7th section will become 8020 bcoz we need to make the URG bit set ..this has to be set bcoz there is some value shown in urgent pointer field.

You can use plus(+)..for example, if both ACK and SYN flag value is 1, then the type of the segment is SYN+ACK.
