What I'm understanding from her lines from her attacks is that she becomes the embodiment of the Heliopolitan (Egyptian) pantheon, and her extra attack is her Caster NP while Anubis now becomes Exodia the Forbidden in her new NP.

I think she became a Godhead of the Pantheon because her attacks also embody Horus, Osiris, Ammut (The lion like beast with croc head), her extra attack that is the mirror of the Dead from Lovecraft's depiction of Nito being a Nyarlothep worshipper, and Anubis said his prayers, ate his vitamins and decided to be The Exodia the Forbidden he knew he could be.

To anyone who's wondering how Nitocris got an Alter version in LB7: Here are LB7 spoilers: . . . . . . . . . . . . . Basically, in LB7 Part 1, before descending to the next Lostbelt, Chaldea summoned four Servants to accompany them. These Servants are Nitocris, Beni-enma, Kingprotea, and an unknown 4th (unless I missed something?). Camazotz A.K.A "Aztec Batman" appeared and then started to corrupt Chaldea's Servants, later turning them into Alters. In Part 1, Beni Alter and Kingprotea Alter are the only Alters shown. I'm guessing Nitocris Alter is for Part 2. Nitocris Alter is a new summonable Servant, and Kingprotea Alter is a new Spiritron Dress. Unfortunately the status for Beni-enma Alter is still unknown whether she'll end up a new Servant or a Spiritron Dress.
That wouldn't be possible since Nito has independent action. Camo can't corrupt her unless we all messed up in reading somewhere. She probably prayed to PHH Anubis for strength to defeat Ttaloc
