Gravity Falls now a days is so underrated. It's an all time LEGEND and the perfect show. There's a whole bunch of mysteries like the caesarean cipher. I personally love it and would do anything for it to come back.
“Death,” He repeated, twirling his lacquered cane, as if the topic was inconsequential. To him, it probably was. Nobody quiet knew what kind of being Bill Cipher was, but any poor soul unfortunate enough to cross his path could tell you that life, to him at least, was a game, one you bet stakes on and whine when your most important player dies a horrifying death.
Bill stopped dead in his tracks and leaned on his cane, eye ablaze with thinly veiled sadistic glee. “No,” He whispered. The word seemed to linger in the empty space, like a desperate parasite clinging to its host. “Death would not be enough.”
Then, within the time it took a human to blink, he was there, mere feet ahead. His cane was gone and hand was out, the raging blue hellfire reflected in his maniacal grin. “Perhaps we could make a deal.”
And that was how gravity falls was rebooted, good as new. Viola, demonic magic at its finest, if I do say so myself.

Honestly, though? Lots and lots of fretting and research. Reddit(r/writing) has been a big source of advice on that... though it isn’t always useful or helpful. The spirit’s there, and that’s all that matters, I suppose.
Practice is something I do a lot of as well, I guess. A veritable landfill of scrapped works are piled into my google docs, because I just happen to be an over critical little perfectionist when it comes to long term projects.
This here was something I just scribbled down because it was a heat of the moment type thing and I thought it would be fun. And it was. If something just hits you and you have the urge to put pen to paper, or, in this case, finger to keyboard, take the leap and do it. The first step is always the hardest, and I think most people underestimate themselves.
Writing is a profession that I believe is definitely over saturated, but new authors are always welcomed. Though, being very, very amateur, I don’t think I can speak on behalf of the entire writing community, lol.

Don't listen to Zach B. The creator didn't want to drag it out like every other damn show. The series was only written for 2 seasons. No longer. That's why it had that large climactic ending. That's why it led up to it's climax. If anything it'll be another series maybe in 5 years.

I don’t want it back. It would suffer the same fate as shows like the Simpsons and Spongebob. It was resolved, and while I would love more of the awesomeness that was Gravity Falls, it can’t come back without becoming a disappointment.

@@friedbread3817 While Alex Hirsch did have a fantastic ending, he engineered it in such a way that there was a satisfying ending, yet there were loose ends that hardcore fans could dig for. Such as: during the Cipher hunt, it was found that there's a good chance that Stan STILL HAS Bill trapped in his mind. Also, There was a fourth Journal spotted in the background in one of the comics. As a matter of fact: Alex even said he wanted to leave the show somewhat open ended soif he or anybody else wanted too, they could continue it. Whether or not they do it good is the question.
Gravity Falls was the best :( sad it stopped.
