Every city needs more cooling centers for people. Before Covid, you could buy lunch and sit all day at the supermarket, the mall, or the libraries. It's sad that people have to roast in their home because they are worried about the utilities. If they overheat the hospital bill, it will be three or four times the amount of running your AC.
