That's how the fork is meant to be. It's the odyssey director fork. The dropouts are inline with the fork arms so it uses a bend at the steerer tube to get the necessary offset.
the trick id like to see a bike rider do is a front bouncing manual while doing a handstand on the handle bars and having the bikes body spinning around. they do this this and ill call them a bike god.
Street rider with straight cable. Cassette. And two pegs... but they’re on the left side and he’s a right foot forward rider so he grinds goofy. Probably so he can spin and whip out of grinds easier
