- Over the weekend, Nollywood's biggest night came in it's full glory. The AMVCAs 2024, which also happened to be my second one, was a fun experience.
As expected, I documented the whole day and night for my RUclips fam. From getting ready, to the photoshoot session, to reuniting with the cast of Wura & The Origin: Madam Koi-Koi, and then the awards proper & after party.
There are also performances from Nigerian (African) artistes like Adekunle Gold, Chike, Wande Coal, KCee, and Awilo!!!

Wura was really a very good movie. Had lots of things to learn, in some scenes you need to scroll back n rewatch, good suspense and of course lil lapses here n there just like every other movie if it would be criticized. Like I wake up thinking of Wura, I had to browse about the actors, followed them n seriously you guys did a great job acting that movie. Sometimes I imagine how many times a scene would be repeated to actually get what the director wants. The movie is really good. I felt "low" when Wura didn't win but all thesame.
Tell me, how did you feel when ITURA was called?

It was fine. I didn't feel some time of way when Wura didn't win. Every show puts a lot of time and energy into their work as well so it's best not to be too emotionally attached to the idea of winning.
Last year, I wasn't as indifferent but this year I was ❤️
