I don't want to assume but you are recording several videos with your iphone and them uploading them to your laptop for editing? Fess the Ginger drink tea will be what we call product Impersonation 😅😅 I also discovered Bole & Groundnut until the last day of my fast at YMR 2024 in December 😂 I rebounced that thing before leaving redemption city of God ehn 😂😂

I always did a fruit fast with my sister and mum to jumpstart a clean eating habit after a bout of bad eating and it always worked like magic. I’d usually lose 3-4 kg and I Loved it! Fast forward years later, I did a 3 day fruit fast while mom-ing a toddler and I almost passed away! 0/10, do not recommend.
