The reason this song was so popular was due to the circumstances around it. Is this song on my playlist, yes. Do I endorse any of it knowing it’s not fiction, no. Background knowledge that everyone is probably spamming: serving for 55 years or more (don’t remember ngl) for killing someone in a home invasion and beating up an old person (idk if they died or not). He was literally on the run for these charges when he shot this video and made it, hence “The Race”. Song hard nonetheless 🔥

he actually didn’t beat a case for home invasion he did with his friend that ended up killing someone tay K really went on the run and shot this music vid and posted up on his wanted picture, after the music vid he did more robbery and he ended up beating a old man and killing someone in another home invasion then he got caught

From a personal and life perspective we totally agree with you (we both have kids too)! From a channel perspective we go by requests and don't differentiate between conscious rap, boom bap, vibe, old school, grime etc. The goal is to check what we missed these past years, regardless of whether we endorse the message 🍻
