You guys are making it look too good for what it started out as 😂 the level of fabrication is out of this world. You guys are the definition of making things work with what you’ve got. I love it!!!
for the paint shaker, I welded a piece of super duty front driveshaft to a blade, I had split the shaft so I could squeeze a can into it, then screw clamp it tight. works great!
Another great video on The Holy Grail! If you use duct tape or gorilla tape. The sawzall trick works a treat. There's also an actual attachment that is made for that exact purpose. I can't wait to see this behemoth out on some trails.

Stromboli, also known as pizza arrotolata, is a type of baked turnover filled with various Italian cheeses and usually Italian cold cuts or vegetables, served hot. The dough used is either Italian bread dough or pizza dough. Stromboli was invented by Italian Americans in the United States, in the Philadelphia area. Wikipedia
Hey Matt great video love it. After you're done with the Jaguar build love to see you do something with that Toyota and turn it into something really cool I double dog dare you to make something really cool out of that Toyota
33:55 This is the perfect candidate to try weld inside of the bearing race method. It will shrink the race when is cool down. Thought i learn it on your video, maybe Matts.
If you get a race stuck like that again, just run a bead of weld right round the inside, it'll shrink as it cools and usually falls right out. In the unlikely event that it doesn't, you then have a bead of weld to hammer against. It's a common way of removing steering bearing races from motorbike frames which often fit flush with the steering tube.
I had a 1990 w-250 and I always wanted to make a gear shift knob out of one of the hood ornaments from these trucks. They fit the hand just right, just an idea for that if you didn’t have one lol.
Mildly fry up some genoa salami thin cut instead of pepperoni for the filling along with all the other ingredients and be amazed at the taste difference. A little tomato sauce with oregano would kick it up a notch.

Yes and yes, if welding near the seals I would replace them but if you have deep oil in the housing it has always been ok for me, and yes, move around an inch or two here and there.

If you want to get a great metal finish with paint, use gloss black as your base color. It gives the metal paint finish a lot of depth and makes it more believable that its metal! Note: The higher gloss black you use the better!
I hope you alternated welding on the pumpkin side to side, rather than welded all of the right and then all of the left. Not very hard to "warp" the tubes out of parallel. I'm pretty darn sure you're aware. 😉

I’ll take a bite of that Stromboli I love that stuff
Take your welder and run a small bead down the middle of the race, let it cool and it will shrink and the race will come right out.

Ir absolutely does, might or bend a stick rod to get in there. That race will fall out when you are done.
I'll try that next time, this one had the additional rust and crust
@@bleepinjeep the weld bead, around the center, inside the race, shrinks the race and the rust will lose it’s grip.

A couple hose clamps hold a rattle can on a saws-all nicely.

Gotta weld a couple worm clamps to a saw all blade to shake the cans.
