Some people have high metabolisms and work out one to two hours every day and do not get obese, most people will get obese snacking all day The problem with America simply is not just snacking America is grazing we never stop with the snacking that's why we're such a nation of obesity. Give your stomach a 3 to 4 hour rest in between meals don't eat dinner after 7 p.m., skip carbs at dinner time, don't eat again after dinner until breakfast, and you will find the serious results you're looking for
My grandmother is 102. She eats what she likes - red meat , fat , butter, cream. Chocolate and loads of salt and sugar. Smokes 25 a day swears and drinks whisky.
Start weight training. even 20 minutes at the start. Take your time, add resistance. and have a good laugh every day. Pretty soon you are fit, and workout lasting an hour. Don't over train
