can heal like 80% of his HP when attacking 😹😹😹 its honestly pretty busted and OP --- this is why I'm running 4-leech 2-crit set, he carries the squad and is almost unkillable for the most part. Try this relic build and thank me later!

(don't need Li Ling specifically but best on someone who can AOE and an esper that has "attacks 3x times" or more skill to maximize that leech you want multiple hit abilities
