- Fifth and last episode of Vertical Sailing Greenland series.
A sailing-climbing expedition to Greenland in 2010 for which the team was awarded the "Piolet d'or" for showing great team spirit, the technical difficulty of the climbs and the clean style (10 new routes were put up during this expedition, one bolt was placed in total)
In this episode we sail across the Northern Atlantic Ocean to Oban Scotland. The Northern Atlantic crossing is the "meanest of them all" according to Captain Reverend Bob Shepton, who has done 13 Atlantic crossings. After 5 days of sailing we were half way across, after ten days of sailing we were still halfway (due to storms and headwind)...we reached Scotland after 15 days of sailing.
