Thanks so much for watching my video! I really liked Punta Uva and Playa Chiquita for sunning and swimming. I only went to the Caribbean side and don't know much about the other areas, so I'd just be googling the weather. No matter how you end up planning it, I hope you have a great trip!
I can see if I can look them up. At the time I’m not sure jungle man had links - it was all done through the hotel. But things may have changed since the
hello! i’m a solo traveler and going to puerto viejo for a month! i was wondering if you reccomend a waterproof bag or fanny pack? i’ve heard it’s very unsafe to leave your belongings unattended on the beach.
Hi Kyrsten! Yes absolutely, check out my video on what to pack for Costa Rica & it has all the links in the description for what I used. There’s a large dry bag that I used which was awesome & I think some small dry bags that are fanny pack size you can swim with. Definitely don’t leave valuables on the beach because there’s a lot of petty crime there.
The snakes are a little creepy! If it helps, I had to look to see them. They were mostly keeping to themselves in the jungle. Hope you have the best time!
