Officially it was said as 6.0 s but they do average at 5.5 and even less on stock, it's never an exact set speed as each car will give different results even though same car same year and stock

My mate has the s2000 and a supra 2jz. Love both those cars but the s2000 was the best car to drive as a drivers car. And that gear box....made you want to change gears. Glad you got to drive one bro.

Owned an mx5 mk2.5 rs and now own a 350z. People who are getting all obsessed over the bhp are missing the point of this s2000 entirely. I sold my mx5 to a good friend, he keeps up even though I now have 300+ bhp on tap. Weight makes a big difference.... Not to mention the mx5 you feel everything, much like the s2000.
I can't believe you've never been a s2k mate. It's a drivers car. Complete feel steering and suspension wise. Yeah it's old school to some degree but it's a car wayyy ahead of it's time.
