Listening to this book today and fasting as the name Esther came to me last night when I woke up in the middle of the night & then I dreamed about the name. I'm inclined to agree with another commenter that said it's exciting. It can be daunting to fast if you look at it with eyes not focused on what Gods working but keep your eyes on Him & it will be exciting.
Notice the main reason the Jews were in danger of extinction was a vulnerability created by government (their ruler). And the solution was merely to level the playing field by giving back their God given right and authority to self defense. Moral of the story is simple - if you value your life and the safety of your family, reclaim your right to protect your and your loved one's lives how you see fit at all costs. Only the minority, who falsely claim authority over you, stands in your way.

Right!! It only took 3 days! Mind boggling
As i read Esther, i remember Rachel Ensign, an english literature student who was converted to christianity outside of her parents house. She reminded us that esther was the only woman prophet, that this is the only book in the bible that never mentions god, and that the jews survived the kings reign by eating grapes instead of meat and wine to improve their health.
Esther is not the only female prophet.
There's Ruth , Junia and Susan as well.
They were banned from Jewdisum & Christianity.
I pray Jesus's wisdom and love in my kid's and grandchildrens hearts.

My ladies bible study is going to do a study of the book of Esther and we were asked to listen and read the book of Esther and watch studies on the book of Esther to prepare us before we start our study. So far I am learning more about the book of Esther in all of the different translations . ❤ God is never mentioned in this book but you can see God working in the life of Esther in this book . In our lives we miss times that God is working in our lives because we do things our way and not God’s way. Putting God first and not on the back burner as Christians our lives will be different. Setting aside our pride and selfishness it’s amazing how we can see the Lord working in our lives. ❤

The bible is a book mostly written by men who never even met the people they wrote about (many years after). It is also heavily edited and censored by a church that had a power and politics agenda, eliminating around 14 books (the Apocrypha). In addition, there isn't just one Christian bible - there are at least three with different numbers of chapters. There exists no provable, fact-based evidence to support any of the supernatural (spiritual) events in it. Thus, it is pure human belief - a human emotion and dependent on as many human thoughts as there are humans. To believe without factual evidence is like saying a court case should be determined by only hearsay or a feeling. It's hard to think God wouldn't hold humans to a standard that they hold themselves.
If this was inspired by the Spirit of God, would you be satisfied.
Is there a 10% chance you are mistaken? If so, how would you explain yourself to the Lord when He greets you? Only you need to think on these things since each one of us will be held accountable for our words.

The only problem I've run into is that believers don't use their own words. By and large they just spout biblical rote quotes. So how impressed do you think God will be with all of you stealing His words?
