Garden Weed Removal Strategy

In this video I give you tools which are more of a strategy, or plan of attack, on weed removal. Knowing the life cycle of the weeds and prioritizing which weeds need to be removed is first.
In general hand pulling weeds is the best option followed by cultivating or tilling the soil, and then spreading bark or wood chips into your areas to inhibit further seed germination. In larger areas using a weed eater or mower can be effective but only to remove the flowers/seeding parts of the plant, the plants will not die but will continue to grow.
From experience weed fabric is seldom effect in the long run weeds will sprout on top of the fabric and grow through. And finally Round-Up should be use very sparing if at all.
