Vendetta is such a fucking talented shoto main, bro swapped between the two so well to learn the player matchup and figured Peanut out so well by the end of it
Great to see peanut go for KO punch a bit more, I feel people got too familiar with him only keeping it for intimidation, but now getting hit by it early should help condition more panic options down the line

He countered a couple times almost every game this set. I think only one connected but I'm not going to rewatch it. Little Macs counter doesn't come out very fast and has a lot of endlag. It's generally a bad option unless you're recovering. If you're able to land more counters than peanut as little Mac it's likely because the people you're playing against aren't good and are bad at punishing.
keep in mind little mac is a terrible fighter overall, so if both you guys are higher level players, it will be pretty hard to beat pikachu with im. but if he is who you like playing then go for it! Typically I only use his dash attack, tilts, smash attacks, and specials. They combo into each other so just look at little mac combo guides and abuse his fast speed and you should be good
@@hoodeddormammu5039 yea im decent at fighting games but i just keep falling off the map because you can't move after up smash.. i like his dashing and do abuse it, i just need to learn the moves.. I didn't know he had armor though so def will be abusing that from now on.. I like little mac but from the looks of it Steve and game & watch look fun. pikachu just doesn't seem to have any unfavorable matchups they're all pretty even

You mean OP? He has high damage and is one of the fastest characters with very fast ground recovery speed. Has a counter that can even work to save him. And I'm not going to even get into the K.O punch mechanic cause that thing literally can steal a game

His whiffed counters got punished by down smash follow up Hadoken every time without fail. Peanut definitely used it. It didn’t work much
