Playing 9-10 utg like AA on a paired board and blasting like Rambo vs the Russians after I get 4 callers pre and they don’t have the heart to call it off on river with QJ on the J high board. I flip it over when they fold and don’t even look up. Then I fake yawn and pull my phone out. Call a mate and tell him to come down cos the game is ‘good’. Make sure they can all hear my convo. Then I Just smirk to myself. 20 minutes later pick off a bluff by snapping with 3rd pair and immediately rack up. It’s glorious 😂👌🏻
@@LiveKingPoker Crown Casino, Melbourne, Australia. It’s a fan favourite at the Aussie Millions. The locals love me pulling it on the Euro’s. They do not respond well 😂
I'm curious why you cbet large on the 622r board since you often bet small. 🤔 Very difficult for him to have much on this board unless you were being trapped pre. Is it specific to having a small overpair?
Another quality vlog, you have quickly become one of my favorites. Always looking for a new episode, love your insight even though I play smaller stakes. Keep up the quality vlogs 👌
Definitely have become a favorite vlogger of mine. Your personality is one that I would want to play with at the table. Keep grinding that content, I really enjoy it.
Wolfgang Poker was at Ameristar last year, but you are the first I’ve seen with a video from (the newly rebranded) Monarch. Great to see another Vlogger in Blackhawk! Great videos; keep it up!
Thank you so much for Watching Will and letting us know you’re enjoying the content. It’s a lot of a work and new endeavor, so your kind comment is much appreciated.
Yale, awesome stuff. Not often do I comment on youtube, but you were at my table late in day 1 of the $500 salute to warriors back at the WSOP. We never got into a big hand, but had some sort of tension (I was seat 2, you seat 4…you shared a lot of cool personal stuff w/ the guy btw us and myself…also had the Japanese superstar vlogger there for a bit). Anyway, I noticed your vlog w/ an open mind wondering if I’d like your style given our disagreeing yet mutual respect feel at the table…and man, you’re good at this. Rooting for you to get as big as some of the other vloggers. Cool that you ventured to a more low key casino and gave a nice description. Cheers, and props for putting in the effort to do this.
Hey nick, thanks for commenting. Sometimes I get a little intense and cause some tension at the table, I apologize. I have a vague memory of the table but not the actual subject matter. I’m trying to moderate in my old age. So my bad if I was slightly abrasive (it’s a personality flaw occasionally). I do remember the Japanese girl at our table if that’s who you’re referencing? Regardless, your comment is very thoughtful given our interaction. The fact that you watched with an open mind and additionally took the time to comment and write such a kind and thoughtful review is really admirable. Thank you for taking the time Out of your day to come in and comment and remind me that sometimes one interaction doesn’t tell a full story of a person. If you’re at WSOP this year please come say hi at some point, would be cool to put a face to this comment. Good luck at the tables and thanks again for taking the time to come in and comment and share your thoughts with me
Excellent analysis and insight into actual decision-making as well as other potential decisions you could make. IMO the best one out there, so congrats! Only piece of feedback is there's no need to ask for subs. Keep on producing class A product and the subs will come!
My man, thanks Tony. Figured you had disappeared to that sweet job. I hope you’re doing well, and enjoying the new job. Hit me up if you’re gonna be at WSOP or any fun poker stuff like that. Good luck in TN
Happy to come across your content. I only play online (poker stars) but I have been itching to try my luck at the casino. Still hesitant Watching these vids are deff helpful.
Last time I was there, the bet limits were $100 max so I played 30-60 at Ameristar, but now that they lifted that you'll find me at 2-5 next time I'm there lol, nice vlog!
What’s up live king ! I’m a big fan of you and lex poker ! You have one of the best vlogs and I love your style of play !I have question for you , I quit my job in the movie industry here in Los Angeles and I have been playing full time for the past 6 months playing the 300 - 500 buy in at commerce . I have been a winning player the last 5 years but since I have been playing full time I have never ran worse in my life . What do you do when you know you have an edge on the other players but you keep going home with a loss ? Do you play through it, go home right away, take a week off ? Can you please give me some advice on this ? Thanks man !
Thanks for the comment Aaron. This is a really good question. Inevitably you will hit a big downswing as we all eventually do. One big thing I think is being a part time player for profit is WAY less stressful than being a full time player using poker as your sole source of income. So you have to be honest with how you’re dealing with this as a full time pro as opposed to being a part time player. That said, always take care of the mind first IMO. What do you enjoy outside of poker? Do you enjoy any physical activities as part of your routine? Hiking, weight lifting, running, sports? If so, make sure when you’re running bad you still participate in these activities because you need to do something to break up the mental hardships of running bad. Also I’ve found it helpful to continue to do therapy as part of my routine for mental grounding. I’ve had other professions and poker is without a doubt the hardest profession I’ve ever had. I just think being balanced at life and working on your physical and mental health are the most beneficial things you can probably do. It sounds cliche but you absolutely do not want to go neglect these things during run bad.
@@LiveKingPoker thanks man , I really appreciate your advice and this will help me clear my head ! I wish you all the best and hope to run into in Los Angeles .
I have some big losses on the vlog. A lot of these wins aren’t very big for these stakes. I also think I’m far from a sniper with my accuracy, but that is a kind compliment
I disagree . Has shown losses. Also good players. Especially 5/10 pros who play for a living certainly should win more then then Lose. And know ranges …
I played at Black hawk years ago at the time they only allowed you to buy 200 dollars in chips every so many hours and you could only bet 5 dollars at a time it was a very strange limit game to play it was 5-5 limit so strange
Yale, absolutely love the clarity and confidence of your narration. You really have excellent chops with your commentary. I've played at the "out of the way" Black Hawk, CO too. (Such a lovely, lonely little burg). And so has Brad Owen. He vlogged from there a few years ago . . . ruclips.net/video/nNGRbcj3aV0/видео.html

Lot of big hands and favorite spots but there’s still no feeling in all of poker like the one you get when someone raises and you look down at AA!
🤣🤣🤣
Nice video LiveKing! I’ve made a video at Ameristar out there when it was $100 max bet!
