The paragraph before states that at many outposts the noon sun needs to light the horns. Then, the paragraph you were reading really only talks about the positions of the two stone relative to each other, so, given that the noon sun is at the horns...
I'm still halfway through the video but in case you don't address this later, the disks are supposed to fulfill the instructions at the same time, so the sunlight needs to be facing the tall horns (top position), which leaves darkness at the bottom. Then you need to align the moon to that darkness by putting the full moon next to it below. Meh, by the time you read this you'll have most probably already figured it out anyway.
Ah, the labyrinth. Another very frustrating area of the game if you don't have a walkthrough. I can't help but wonder what the creators might have added to the area if they had more data storage for the game.
2:47 What a terrible thing to say about Sophia, Indy! For shame! :D

Those bones aren't useless, you can make a nice broth with them
Mmmm, soup...
12:15 To remember which is which look at the spelling. Stalactites have a C, like ceiling and stalagmites have a G, like ground.

Yeah, but there's definitely some weirdness with the discs later.
