Good on him; he looks healthy, strong, and happy! Each time I see him, I want him to say lines from one of his movies or show some ID because he looks like a completely different person. With that said his external transformation is very impressive, I hope when you interview him next you will ask him about his internal transformation because I would suspect it’s just as extraordinary!

I wonder if he - not too different from me - found that his, I assume, love of food helped him to commit to his dieting in a way. When I started my transformation my friends and family would ask me how I could commit to my meal plans. I told them that when you enjoy almost all foods it means that you enjoy your diet food too. 😂
Of course a considerable amount of discipline and self talk was necessary too but it's not like I was having a hard time eating specific foods when I've been a human garbage disposal my whole life.
