YES the Scream!!!! Never mind they were written off, disregarded and broke - they have total conviction...... sitting on the worlds greatest ever record!!!
Sonic Flower Groove was big. I kind of stepped out until Vanishing Point......Bobby Gillespie is a soul brother. I saw them live in NYC when it was still a nice place to visit.
The rhythm guitar was way too quiet in the mix. Especially at the beginning, that was dire. Who was the sound man?? Bobby, Denise, and co do their best, as usual, of course.
The electric guitar is perplexing me. I can see he's strumming hard but how are we hearing the actual strumming of the strings like the el guitar was not plugged in and being mic'd?
Leave it to Dennis Miller to walk all over a potentially great performance. The worst Monday Night Football announcer ever. Now he's part of the Faux News right wing "humor" genre.
He is not a bad singer. He is vocally limited, but he is using his voice at its best. There are many singers with great technique and wide vocal ranges that express nothing when they sing. The Stones have been a major influence to them, and Mick Jagger is the best example for that.
Yes he's not the greatest singer but he's real, particularly in these early days, he's a young guy from a working class back ground creating the music he wants to make. The energy, the sheer verve and love if what they are doing make up for his limited vocal range! Please could you say what singers you rate?
He’s got charisma and huge stage presence. The mix on this is absolutely terrible which doesn’t help much. If it moves you it moves. It works for me for sure.
R.I.P. Denise. She sounded so beautiful & left way too soon. 💔
Still hurts my soul we won't hear her voice again. Listening to free just brings me to tears.✌️
This brings me so much joy ! I love Primal Scream..
Maximum rock 'n' roll all the way baby ⚡️⚡️⚡️

Who ever decided to roll the credits over the end of Damaged needs a slap
Bobby G is pure energy!
Doing the Iggy dance!
I was wondering if they would stop clapping
RIP Denise, gorgeous lady :-(
They cut Damaged at the solo - fucking unforgivable
I remember this! Ah, Bobby G.....was then, and still is, a most charismatic frontman.
Thanks for uploading this... Feels good.
RIP Martin Duffy ❤
Awesome!!!!, never saw this before.

Denise passed suddenly after brief illness
Tragic. Now reunited with her fellow angels. Her time on Earth had come to an end. But her time in paradise, will reign eternal
Goodnight teen-agers, bye bye.
Bolan Boogie

I'm more impressed at the soundman managing to make Andrew's Les Paul sound EXACTLY like an acoustic guitar...

Every time I see Primal Scream I'm floored on how Bad the singer is. I Mean really? you got to be kidding me.
He aint that bad mate there's worst i think it suits it tbh
