That was an incredibly shit pul, but Shaman had multiple chances to hearth out while running and didn't take it. Would've died in the first Kungen-led group he went in anyway.
Can't believe Guzu dressed up as Mitch Jones in WoW for Halloween. He was spot on acting like Mitch trying to LoS channeling missles as the rest of the pull chased down his party would be something Mitch would do and he got some of his party killed 9/10 halloween costume.
Just FYI, in the Urok Doomhowl event, if you click on the pike stuck in the skull pile it does ~90% damage to a targeted Ogre, that is what you saw happen at 8:06. It has a bit of a CD so you can't use it on every spawn, but a lot of people have never done this boss so don't know the mechanics (Feral Druid pre-BiS gloves... grumble...grumble).
@gandalf8216 I agree a druid that can relize the best moment to form out and off heal is also good, but mage is just good for every dungeon. And I say it as druid tank
@@ferrentepistach8657 They always argue that dps spec is better threat, but on large aoe packs like that, the extra heal pumping required to keep a derps warrior alive gives healers way more healing threat than they would otherwise have and pull the threat of the extra adds much much easier. If the shaman would've run up the bridge and jump it they would be alive. So many missed chances, no earthbinds placed while escaping, no swiftness potion, didn't leave group, level 60 without petri, missed hearth opportunities. Yes the pull was bad but everyone could have survived.

Where bad things happened there are 2 patrols. Many forget one of em. I always clear wolves and the first orcs upstairs towards end boss before going up for quartermaster. That pull is kinda sketchy.
Guzu absolutely tried to help. But that pull was so bad. He has to take the L on this one. It's absolutely part of hardcore, so it's a forgivable mistake. But that's a seriously rough pull.
Bold move to go into LBRS pre-60 especially with what looks like decently geared DPS that just rip off you immediately. Definitely one I'll be leaving til I know I have a decent group with me for.
From a HC perspective, LBRS is no joke. If you don't know what you're doing as a tank/puller you can very easily pull too much - especially at the part where Guzu was. And yes, there are NPCs that call for help in that part.
So I'm always a dps player if I wanted to try tanking or healing for someone who never plays those what would u suggest b the better option for me to play n not get ppl killed by my noobness
Do not play tank or healer in hardcore. Go on retail or classic to “try” out the role. You have to be extremely comfortable in those roles to have other people depend on you not fucking up.
The pull was slightly sketchy but it wasn't what led to that situation. Not only you're fury, but also the rest of your DPSers have been quite frantic with target priority and you were literally scraping for any amount of threat the whole dungeon, so it's not a first. When the pull happened the shaman went crazy with healing even after seeing it was a body-pull, and it was absolutely not necessary to heal you until adds got in position. And last the shaman stalled a LOT to hearth and could have done so much much earlier. People blaming the pull don't seem to remember how vanilla WoW works.
It was blizzards "fix" to the big problem of mage farming. When you hit a ledge or just even a tiny polygon somewhere you might end up being ported to the mobs. And the mobs becomes immune to CC after a while too.
It's an anti cheese mechanic in general. If a boss, or evidently some dungeon mobs can't reach you the can to you to them. Probably something to do with the multiple jumps down the did
From my experience in countless groups in dungeons, you only fear when you 100% know there won't be adds. There's a reason why the fear glyph that immobilizes the target while feared was quite loved in the guild I was in. But you did good with what all happened. I know you'll improve and go for a better result next time. Best wishes, Guzu!
Imo the biggest mistake was to not kill the patrol on the right side when entering that corridor. That corridor with Halycon is one of the most dangerous parts specifically because of this pat. Oh an Vosh Gajin is pretty dangerous with her hex. Overall pretty nasty dungeon.

There's shit you get away with when leveling that doesn't work in high level dungeons. Whole group with mage brain, but ironically a mage would have helped a lot.
Holy hell man glad you made it out. MLG play with the petri reup. Shame about the shaman but that dude had so many chances to hearth or he could've petri'd like you. Not your fault
