Joyce, I think I'll try the combination of papaya and green peppers. It sounds delicious! You might want to consider removing the white insides by opening the pepper and running a knife just beneath the white part.

Joyce you covered the chicken with the foil to keep it moist and juicy. When you leave it open then the chicken becomes very dry and not much gravy. This is just a tip for next time when you're cooking in the oven❤
