Celebrate authentic Japanese cuisine during an exciting dining experience that’s part meal, part show. In the communal ritual of Teppan-yaki-style cooking, skillful chefs chop and stir-fry dishes on grills at your table.
Select from steak, chicken, seafood and vegetable entrées, which are served with Udon noodles and steamed rice. You can also enjoy such favorites as edamame and assorted sushi rolls.

The Japanese pavilion is my all time favorite! Love Teppan Edo, the koi pond, and we can literally spend hours in the store :)
This is my favorite restaurant in any of the Disney Parks. I’ve been to Hibachi-style restaurants all over the country, I can truly say this is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Love this place.

Teppan Edo became our family's last-night farewell dinner on any WDW vacation. So fabulous.
Hi Nate, we purchased EPCOT tks for Feb 19th and just made a lunch reservation for this restaurant. It looks amazing! My husband is a HUGE fan of yours as I am. He's hooked on your blogs/videos. That quick service food is great and I love sitting up there. It's never crowded and so pretty.
I have been a chef for 32 yrs and it get gives me joy when people branch out and try food outside their normal comfort zone! Well done .I have been to epcot many times and the choice and quality of the food there is very good but remember that it is a theme park representation of a countries cuisine . Please do a couple of vlogs at some of the fabulous restaurants in Orlando where you can get authentic international cuisine.
It is Teppan (ADOE) Edo you did the Teppan part prefectly. It is good and healthy meal.
Edo means Tokyo.

Teppan Edo looked like so much fun. It's on our to do list but after watching this video it's on our must do list next time we're in Epcot.
My first experience with sushi; after gobbling oysters from Tampa Bay was at EPCOT. The "little green cone" was the surprise (wasabi); had a good cartoon reaction (steam out the ears), and a good laugh from the guys behind the bar.
I'm loving that mask. We love the Japan pavilion. The food, shopping and aesthetics are beautiful always. Im looking forward to getting back there again. Love the movable dividers. Great review. Food looks great.

I was just talking to my sister about our next trip saying I wanted to go back to Teppan Edo. It's one of my favorite restaurants. I had the filet last time. It was delicious, and I also cleaned my plate! Japan is such a beautiful pavillion. I was feeling alot of anxiety today, thanks for the escape to one of my favorite places!

We've enjoyed Teppen Edo a few times. It was always fun to sit down with new folks! And the food - love it. It's really the only time I've had Japanese food. And the only time I've eaten my meals with Chopsticks because of the neat way the CM's set them up for you!! Nate, gotta tellya - I had the same reaction to the steak every time I've had it!!!! Thanks for the food mems!!!!!
One thing to mention about Edamame is you do not eat the shells. You put one end in your mouth and squeeze the 'peas' out. Kinda like how you eat boiled peanuts in the shell.

My husband and I went to Teppan Edo on our first trip to DW together. It was a fun experience and the food was better than other hibachi grills we've been to! We also sat next to a very nice family who we conversed with throughout our meal!

Great video - love your enthusiasm for everything. I’m a fan of hibachi, in general, and the addition of Disney jokes to this guy’s repertoire was great! It was so nice of you to join in and help him out with “A Whole New World”! It’s always better for the chefs when they have guests who participate.

It is considered bad etiquette for the customer to stack his dishes- my mother told us that! I’m not criticizing - she said waitresses like to stack the empty dishes themselves so they don’t fall!
