Mine doesn’t charge, been 2 days now fully brand new… I was super excited cause my car has been having issues starting up and I was hoping this thing would help but it won’t go past 1 ligjt

I'm so very sorry to hear about your troubles my dear friend. I would recommend you to exchange the jump starter because you might have gotten a faulty product. I fixed mine by sending a fully charged 12 volt car battery into the flashlight for several hours and then it started charging again
Mine won’t charge either and this is 3rd time exchanging it
So I got my first one and after 12 hours still on first light .so I was wondering why is it taking so long to charge.how long does it charge ???

How long does it take to fully charge?

It Should take approximately 1 hours to fully charge the jump starter.
That is not a little compact flashlight LOL unless you a giant!
