I love this tip. I especially like to do this when I'm stamping and cutting many of the same image. I do love how your die cut is so close to the stamped image. Many designers leave a border, which I personally don't like so I end up fussy cutting it away. I hate fussy cutting which is why I spend the money buying the matching die!
Thanks for letting me know about this video on Fridays Craftstash live Lou, I'll deffo be using this trick. I also didn't realise you had your own RUclips channel, so have also subscribed :) X
I love your tip videos please could you do more tip and technique videos. Also I would love to see your take on Japanese/asian cards and a wedding card if you could please x
@@LouCollins I've recently bought arteza pencils as want to learn how to use them over alcohol markers. Im not good at colouring with pencils at all. Still getting to grips with alcohol markers, but it looks ok 😁
I knew there must be a way of lining it up! Thanks so much for a great video explaining your technique

This is such a great tip! I love that your dies cut right up to the edge of the stamp, instead of leaving a white border. Tyfs!
Thanks for posting this. I'm just getting started with stamp and die sets, and I wasn't sure what to do first. I appreciate the help.

Great tip. The amount of times I've messed up trying to line the dies up, so Totally with you when you say colour afterwards 😁
If I’m going to colour a die cut I will spend quite a while on it too 😂

I actually lost the stamps that go with some of my die cutters. Any ideas on what i can do with them if i cant find replacement stamps
Great tip.. But you're not cutting thru two cardstocks at the same time tho, cos the top piece is a template that's already been cut out!
