    Correction : Wrong symbol in READ, it is /i:/.

      I believe it is [ɪì ̯] in read? Plus, if it was how you said, it would be transcribed as /iː/ and not /i:/, because the IPA describes/demonstrates the colon letter as triangular (ː).

    Some of the characters aren't completely accurate (like [e] vs [ɛ] or [i]/[iː] vs [ɪ]). Also the aspiration isn't mentioned on the voiceless plosives, but that I could forgive bc of the environmental aspect of aspiration in English

    How to remember those symbols?....doesn't help me.....I speak english,but had brain tumors and having to relearn stuff,phonetics could be a bit more intuitive.
