I'd move Hecate up a grade. She is perfectly placed as is for early game, however her exclusive summon Nightmare tank is really useful and decently strong at the top end of things.
Joan really helps in long boss fights as her stun comes in very handy for stopping those nasty area effect attacks.
ngl a lot of the times I prefer Ariel over Hamel. It takes so long for Hamel's global heal to kick in. Plus, Ariel's burst heal has saved me many times in boss fights.
I only use hamel in bfl to abuse eirene's ult but outside of that, I always prefer ariel.
The game is not going to last that long. Only the boss fights and broken frontline are where we need heal and you can just stick them together in a 2x3 formation the same as you would in ariel formation

@@maboigilgamesh3231 I disagree there's a lot that they can do. and unlike Arknights, they have skip functionality so farming won't get boring. you just login, burn stamina, do the event stuff and logout

I know there isn't an in-between, but I believe Hecate has value to be at A+ (considering that you P3 her and unlock her ECB). Her ability to break 2 cores, provide magic penetration, and with her ECB, provide a SEVENTH unit onto the battlefield really brings a lot of value. Some disagreements here and there, but overall I can agree with this tier list. Of course, I'm not extremely familiar with each and every unit so I'm on limited knowledge and understanding of each character.

i think serpent is the most underrated sinner. i see a lot of people saying shes like A tier or good but not great. i have her same level as my nox and she is often the sinner with the most damage. she has aoe and a core break aswell. only downside is she is rlly squishy
They are Zoya shoe washers, at least with the interrogation room we discover that Serpent will be our wife ♥️🐍
Same here. I would say she is on the same level as zoya nox bai yi and langley in terms of damage
Shes umbra with high damage magic potential. She might fall off if they introduce new magic damage dealers in the future. Her down side is shes kinda too squishy and she only breaks 1 core so not much of a role as an umbra that specialise in core breaking but more of a magic dps squishy front line
@@JuggaNot she gains massive dmg amp and 3x3 attack square when her grid is empty. this is extremely useful for second-lane.
her unique crimebrand makes a lot of stages that are supposed to be challenging a complete joke, serpent is great
Eirene is an S+ for me, she helps a lot even with her AoE dmg that can slow and deal continues DMG to enemies in 3x3. She only overshadowed by Nox, I can put Nox in SS+ alone as the Queen of PTN, while Hamel and Eirene in S+
Oh forgot to mention, she can regenerate our skill's energy too
I was thinking about putting her but I though Hamel and Nox have a bit more flexibility compared to Eirene where Eirene requires a bit more preparation to use effectively but definitely could be S+
@@Nehana Lol who have more uses? There is: 1. core breaking 2. Slow 3x3 3. AoE big dmg 4. Broken core NUKE 5. Energy generator 6. Land Mines 7. Top tier crimebrands are broken as hell on her
And Hamel with her healing and dmg reduction. I can agree with Nox bcs its the best AoE dmg dealer with great skills, but not Hamel

Eirine should be S+, the things she brings to the table. Still don't have her.
Demon should be S or at least A+ for tanking almost every attack, and his ultimate really help
i'd move langley and eirene up to S+, what they offer is unique and incredibly powerful

Tbh, I got pretty lucky early game and only spent for the lvl up bonus, so I got everyone (laughs) but Che remains a staple on my team, can't wait to 100% him ww

Bai Yi ability isn’t limited to three core breaks on one target. You can split the core breaks what occurs is you use her ult she obtains three rotating cubes you place her adjacent to or on the core you want broken she consumes one to core break once to core break again you move her adjacent or on top of target. Essentially you can distribute the core breaks making her effective not only for a single target.
I start to build pure magic damage team now.
Irene as nuke, energy regeneration and 12 % team damage buff (shackles 3), Stargazer (on way full shackles plus creation crimebrand/ almost 100% summon buff), serpents (slow debuff) hamel (full healer and team damage buffer 5% shackles 3), Pacassi (core breaker and dot), Hecate (core breaker, magic penetration team buff and summon endura ).
Two of orb behind pacassi and Hecate summon while being healed by hamel.
It’s crazy damage and no need to do much on field.
Not mention stargazer can double damage on existing orb.
Stargazer is monster.😊 supposed to be in S+ because she had creation crimebrand, great shackles and Hecate+Irene as buffer.

That's good speculation but serpent needs someone to be placed in front of her for her swing move to take in effect. If an enemy comes into her grid, she will not use her skill 3. She will will use her normal attacks which will not the trigger skill 4 (the swing)
@@maboigilgamesh3231 that’s why Pacassi (For now only her is magic damage fury and Hecate summon as tank take this role. Today I get 4 copies of Enfer, she becomes alternative buffer for broken frontlines. I still waiting PTN releases S rank magic damage furry and article soon.
After that I will build full S rank physical damage. For now only Nox, Bai Yi and Demon. Not many choice characters yet.
Pretty accurate tier list
I think Roulecca is S tier at what she does, which is to burst the broken frontline boss when its core is broken.
Have you played langley and emp?

The dude didn't even show the damage at the end of the match. Moreover, he had the 40%dmg dealt to core break units crimeband on roulecca and she gave her energy multiple times for her ult. Imagine doing the same to langley or emp yeah you're the one who need to understand

I use Anne as my catalyst since I don't have Hamel or Ariel but since I bought the last SurvPass and got Ariel's skin with it. I feel inclined to wait til I get her and use her as the main catalyst. Anne is also getting a skin soon so I'll see. I'd move Hecate up one, also Horo is a girl lol like a tomboy. I only thought about investing in her coz I like her relation with Zoya.
We have many game mode in PTN, so universal tier list is bad.
In general you should split tier list to story mode, broken frontline, and tide of ashes.
Some units excel in burst damage (perfect for BFL) but won't do much in story, etc
For example Summer is clearly the best sinner for tide of ashes, she got Tier 0 rating by CN players for TOA. But she isn't that good for story and BFL. Mess is a monster for BFL but shit for story mode. Etc

All my Sinners are at least A tier, so I would agree. And I don't even play a week 😂
Honestly tetra having 6 squares on her ult makes the core break better than it seems when enemies decide to not group up. Still think labyrinth is better but tetra has her place I think.
-Nice list. Acknowledge your points, however Peggy can be useful with Fury crimebrand also in my opinion.
As a f2p she and Demolia pulled me trough story (Im at 9-10 currently) and oblivion pit. (To be honest after i leveled up nox and got ariel i can replace them from oblivion pit :) but until then they were neccessery for me.)

I don’t see why running two endura classes in story mode is beneficial demolishing is just the better lower grade endura if you didn’t pull demon
I agree with a lot of this so I’m just going to cover my disagreements:
Hecate: Hecate should be S tier as a double core breaker and the only sinner that gives party-wide magic pen. While Eirene is probably the best in slot character for the Arcane class but I am of the opinion that both should be present in basically any magic based team, and thus Hecate should be bumped up to S.
I don’t think you’re giving Mess enough credit, specifically at shackle 3 which changes her 4th ability from amping the attack of one sinner to amping the attack of two sinners. Also her single target damage is just incredibly high. So a shoutout to shackle 3 mess maybe pushing A tier would be appropriate.
EMP: As much as I love EMP as a character, the only Reticle really worth running as you reach late game content is Langley. EMP is probably the second best Reticle in the game but she still only makes B tier imo. The reset mechanic of her ult is just not tenable once enemies are no longer getting one shot from 50% to let her chain core breaks.
Iron: Iron’s ECB grants her ridiculous amounts of pen, which makes her a solid option against tanky units or bosses, and her core breaking potential is reasonable. Thus I think she can make low B tier.
Yep I definitely agree with Hecate being bumped up I think if I do another tier list I might make an additional tier that way the sinners that are very close to being the next tier can be properly fitted in.
As a core breaker she is good, but her damage isn't really that good. If you need core breakers there's better options. You can utilize her passive of extra magic pen, but you'll need to run a magic dmg party to utilize that. From my testing having only two magic damage dealers on top of Hecate doesn't warrant using her when other's base damage is just better.

Only if she's at rank 0. Her damage comes from her drones. I managed to get her to Rank 4 in a year (f2p) and she deals a LOT of damage now.
Macchiato is B tier at least. her ult can turn anyone into a tank at p2
Im currently in high risk and trying to invest a dps for bfl so is pricillia or roulleca better for bfl? I have 4 shackles on roulleca and 2 on pricillia
Both are really good I would probably give a slight edge to roulecca with her exclusive crimebrand that allows you to burst down the boss very fast.
Honestly Cinnabar is supposed to be in Lisa Tier as well. An Endura that can't block when she does her ultimate makes her not a good tank at all. I also find macchiato better than anne since anne incapacitates a sinner when she is healing them with ECB.

@@ryanyu102 after 3 weeks I got the acc deleted and made a new one. I have 6 accounts currently and I was able to try all the characters this way😁
Cinnabar with shackle 1 is strong.
I don't know if Hamel is that good yet, Just promote it until early 40 and the skill is also still around level 4 but already helps so much get through the much higher level story that seems impossible before. Maybe that is what is good about her, I don't need to prioritize her to be useful so I can use the material for the other sinners. She is the hot version of Kokomi of GI with the same jelly fish.
Is there a way to gain resources fast? I find myself just grinding all my stamina for the gold dis coins or red mania essence then wait for another day. Langley, Nox, Serpent and Hamel.
Level UP is a time consuming but permanent process, keep going my friend you are going in the right path, start building the Topo team because news is coming
Nope just grind grind grind although I guess if you haven't already buying the surveillance order the battle pass thingy is a decent source of some extra materials.
You can obtained stamina from some passes which helps and level ups give you stamina another thing is leveling up your buildings to passively earn mania crystals

Weird, Pacassi does a lot of damage if you build her right. For me she out DPSs Serpent. She can hold a lane no problem due to her defensive stats. I run her with +1 block and extra damage, Her ult is really good and regenerates really fast for multiple uses. Don't forget with her special crimebrand she deals AoE Core damage and AoE damage for a long time. Her own square also deals extra damage to enemies if they stand on it (hence the +1 block being useful).
Most of this I agree, but Summer she should be high B almost A, I try to use her to see is she really that bad, it surprise she actually better than I though

She still hard to use in normal map though, but still think she much better than most B tier
summer isnt too bad, but she is very expensive even for an s-rank and there should be significant penalty for that.
Her ECB makes things better, especially late stages of the story
Now that Coquelic is out using summer is crazy good since coquelic's special crimebrand deals extra damage based on the number of alies affected and summer's drones count towards this. Melts bosses with true damage.
Poor Lisa.
Macchiato is that good if you ECB her that heals all sinner's(base hp 3-5%) when a sinner killed a mob with tortured tag
also a great option if youre on a f2p no pull account nor bad luck at getting Ariel or Hamel

Pacassi at B rank is really not doing her justice. She has great AoE damage capability and AoE core breaking capability. Use her instead of an Endura character with a +1 block crimebrand. She deals extra damage for anyone standing on her square. She's one of my highest damage characters next to Nox and coquelic and summer. Pacassi can lay waste to three lanes just like Nox. As long as her ultimate is running she'll deal aoe damage to anyone getting in range and more so to enemies stepping on a tile that's already had another enemy die in them. Most of the time they don't even get near her if you play her well.

like joan and kelvin can interrupt enemies skills even bosses unless they have CC immunity. lisa and kelvin also good for mob rush stages.

tetra like nox and bya i combined, she has one of the best damage in the game at 900%, which is aoe and always critical! any move has 100% critical damage, plus 250% critical damage, plus an increased damage of 600% while the ultimate is recharging! she needs to jump around the map, not stand still all the time! you just don't know how to play it, straight hands are necessary for this

Hamel is not op enough to be in the same tier as Nox.
Eirene should be up there w Nox. Insane magic dmg, basically the star of every magic dmg map. Also uniquely provides energy to chief.
Che needs to be up in S tier. AoE 2 core breaks, has self Energy supply, gives the rare +dmg taken debuffs.

You overrated endura characters in my opinion, block is pretty useless in path to nowhere. I think Demon should be highest of the class somewhere at like low B tier, definitely worst S character.
Demon should at least be A tier his health and skill is insane
Depends on what your goal is. Not every map is the same. Some require healing, defense or holding a lane. While others just rely on damage and core breaking. Use whatever feels best. Endura characters can definitely be very good to use. I personally don't use them very often.
