People sometimes don't understand the real meaning of this song. This was made for Robbie Williams while he had depression. I think it's really nice that not only did Take That make this song for Robbie Williams to help him during depression but it can be used for anyone else who is going through something like depression. I suffer severe depression and this song always helps calm me down. It's a beautiful song with a beautiful meaning.

Mark is the most underrated artist among Take That members. His gem of songs with underlying emotions and messages, were often downgraded by people who dislikes his style as an alternative pop rock artist. Because it's not the typical pop ballad and pop rock which most people prefer. Even as a solo artist,tbh his songs were genuinely written and sung from his heart. Only music fanatics and geniuses along with people with an ear for what real music is, can appreciate Mark's songs.

What a wonderful tribute to Robbie Williams. They are more like brothers than bandmates. Another example here of how theatric Mark Owen is. He is one of the most underrated artist out there.

Whather Take That fully get it or not, this is specifically and (according to the lyrics) an invitation and encouragement to escape demons, stop trying to figure things out and instead open eyes and see the light. That is a religious invitation, and if the Holy Spirit wants us to associate that, even subliminally, with Jesus Christ and His good news, well of course that is reason for a sudden wave of happiness. I quite agree with you, feel it too, but call the feeling by what I believe to be its true name!

@@samarasinghe91 For me, Mark sings the treble very well, Gary sings the bass very well and Robbie sometimes tears his voice which makes him listen well, the 3 improved a lot and I think they are at the same level

Take That should have more songs with Mark singing lead, he has such a good voice. This and 'Up All Night' are my favourite songs, both when he's singing lead vocals 💙
If you like Mark's voice so much, why not to listen to Mark's solo albums? He's released four studio albums till now. Well, maybe skip his first album 'Green Man' from 1996 which isn't too good (he was still learning how to write songs tbh) , but the other three are full of good and even great songs: 'In Your Own Time' from 2003, 'How the Mighty Fall' from 2005 and 'The Art of Doing Nothing' from 2013.
