Crockpot shrimp boil recipe:
- Spray the bottom of crockpot with olive oil
- Chop up one bag of baby potatoes and pour in crockpot
- - chop up 4 corn and put in crockpot
- To make sauce mix 1 stick of melted butter, 2t GARLIC, and 2T of old bay. Drizzle sauce over corn and potatoes and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH
- - make sure to toss the corn and potatoes at half way point and add 1/2C of chicken broth
- Add 2 pounds of peeled and deveined shrimp the last 30 minutes of cooking and sprinkle shrimp with some old bay seasoning Sprinkle some parsley when serving and enjoy!

One thing I do on Sundays is plan my week. I write my dr appts, grocery list, and menu for the week. Of course, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Then I make a ‘to do’ list of house 🏡 chores etc.
