SO MUCH HYPE was built up for the 3A state championship featuring East Lincoln and Northern Nash and it absolutely delivered!!! I gotta give a huge thank you to our friends at 252 Under The Lights & Living With Guidance for making this weekend possible! We could not of done it without them!

As a Northern Nash alum I wanna say congratulations to East Lincoln on the ring. That Cutter kid is an amazing player and a menace on the field! Mizzell is a baller as well! NN had too many mistakes but they fought til the end! What a special year overall for the Knights
Northern will be good next year to. Had quite a few juniors on the roster. They brought a darn good crowd to.

@@scottnazworth6648 I played on the 2014 team got to practice a lot with 2012. It’s very close I think this year gets the edge because better numbers and 3A competition!

Dang east Lincoln head coach roasted northern in his pregame speech 😭. Congrats to East Lincoln though.
EL and the NCHSSA needs to be roasted for putting East and North Lincoln in that weak ass conference they play in. East was the freshest team in the regular season playing in that cake ass conference. There a good team no doubt but they should have been put in the Big South with Kings Mtn ,Southpoint and Crest!

Let me tell you something it was all set up. Tra Waters a Nchssa who works in the big office comes from Lincoln county! And put East and North lincoln in a cake ass conference. when they should have been in the same conference as Kings Mtn Crest and Southpoint but they was the freshest team becuase they didnt play anybody till the playoffs and Yes the refs but you cant make the East fans see that! East was a good team but every Western champion came out of a weak ass conference and people need to start complaining about it to them!

I feel like east Lincoln not all dat gud like they think..northern lost the game more than east won it..then the refs 😒 miss some easy calls on east 😕 smdh .but northern will be back next year nd hope they see east again

@@scottnazworth6648 Yeah East is a good team but how they got the Championship this year was by design! I talked to the Nchssa and East Lincoln before this realignment and the Nchssa act like they didn't care and East Lincoln and N didn't contest the move to the conference knowing that it was Cake! Geographically the 2 Lincoln county 3a schools are perfect fit for the big South. East still would be a great team but not playing anybody in your conference makes winning a Championship so much more easier. And you dont get beat up like Big South teams. But the fix was in all the way from the realignment! Tra waters a native of Lincoln county and the Nchssa practically gave East the championship. He said that East and North didnt contest the move to the cake ass conference that they play in. I I said why would they? There is no competition in that conference. But they all know that. Winning a Championship is not because your the best team but who you know.

@@Wuncler It doesn't matter at this point the system is broken period that's why teams like Reidsville have so many championships! Period.

Well I will say this about Southpoint they played in a real conference. Not the cupcake conferences that all the western champions played in look them up. This was by design North and East Lincoln should have been put int he Big south. They gave them a easy conference for this reason. People need to tell East Lincoln and The Nchssa that they are right in Big South area abd they made it too easy for a already good team! Or at least put 1 of our top 3 schools in there conference it was all at setup!

Why would North want to stay in a conference where East is they only beat East a few times in school history. Guess you missed that. So beating Kings Mtn. 46-20 on their field was just a joke KM just wasn't that good then the game of the year SP East won 14-7. Came down to last play of the game. You also said something about being fresher. Unless it has changed I would play long as you wanted. Played softball 7 days a week for 2 years. Get in a losers bracket play 7 straight games to get to championship and it went 2 games. This is in one day with 2 subs. Went home slept played next day. At their age didn't know what tired was. These young men ran the conference ran the playoffs and won state. What gets me about you is you come on here trying to take away the work the coaches and players put in saying it was given to them. Sounds like what's got this country in the shape its in another whiner.
