    I have been looking at papers and a lot of research about it. The 2% dilution seems to be adequate to put and leave a few hours on your scalp, while 5% seems to be appropriate for rinse usage. The paper with a comparison between rosemary oil and minoxidil doesn't specify which quantity of rosemary oil was used, but the minimum concentration of the main principle: 1 8-cineole. It has at least 3.7mg of 1 8-cineole per ml. I did the calculations and magic is 2% concentration. According to nowfoods calculator it should be about 6 drops in total for a tbsp of carrier oil (15ml) to reach that 2%. What none tells you is exactly how much to apply of the diluted solution per square inch of scalp. That's the real deal. The studies found that improvements were mild after 6 months with minoxidil or rosemary oil. Basically the same 8% average improvement in hair count (I had to do the math as well, is not published in a straightforward way to understand it). But mixing peppermint oil will make solution that could irritate your scalp or burn it. 30 drops + 10 drops are 40 drops total, if you apply that completely you will be applying a 13.5% diluted mix of essential oils. 6 times more than the studies concentration and according to everyone on aromatherapy way too much. Perfumes have just 10%. I know that balding is ugly, but let's play safe. Do your research, think, go slowly, and don't burn your head, because you'll lose all your progress.
    The recommendation is 510ml of the carrier oil and 10ml of the essential oils mix. In total, not of each one that you want to put there. 5+5 is ok, 10 is ok, but no more than 10ml in 510 of carrier oil. That has been proven with studies that it works as much as minoxidil in study groups of 50 people. Good luck fellas.

      So u mean we shouldnt use rosemary and peppermint together?? And if we can than how much drops of both in the carrier oil? Plzzz tell

    • @tubejuanso
      @tubejuanso 9 месяцев назад +18

      @@prabhatyadav1863 it's not that easy. Even measuring the drops is wrong. It has been proven that the drops vary in weight. The most conservative approach is 2% dilution, to not burn your scalp if you leave it there. 5% if you rinse it. 5% is 5 drops in 5ml. 2% to leave on the scalp is 2 drops in 5ml. Shampoo or carrier oil. Then it depends how much product you use. Maybe 10ml in total for a shower and 5ml for 2 massages per day. It doesn't matter which essential oils you use as long as you don't exceed the amount of drops to guarantee your dilution. You can do 2% in 5ml of jojoba oil with a drop of peppermint oil and a drop of rosemary oil. Or you can just apply 4 drops in 10ml in total and use that for the massage. Using 40 drops in a tablespoon is too much. That's 40 drops in 15ml, instead of 6. But he doesn't use a lot of his mixture. He just uses tiny drops. The dilution is still around 14%, way too high, but he uses a tiny amount that distributes in his scalp. The first contact with such high concentration is what can burn his scalp. He's lucky he supports that degree of dilution, but I'll prefer to apply more oils and still have the same amount of essential oil in my scalp. You avoid the risk of burning it but also that screw up your progress on

      What are your thoughts on mixing 98ml of pumpkin seed oil with 2ml of rosemary essential oil?

    • @tubejuanso
      @tubejuanso 8 месяцев назад +7

      @@k03dz0n3 hi! Sounds ideal. More than perfect for a solution to leave in your hair. In my case I tried, but I can't stand how greasy my hair stays after. So for now I'm going with 3.3% dilution of peppermint oil in a shampoo. 300ml of shampoo and 10ml of peppermint. I tried 5% but it was too strong. I felt my head like burning. I was afraid of any of the mix to touch my eyes. Even now it is too strong. So I make my hair wet, and apply the shampoo. I leave it there for 10 minutes and then I go into the shower to rinse. Safer and you lose less time. In those 10 minutes I have implemented a routine and that's all. One more thing, it seems that massaging your scalp helps a lot, but I don't have yet read papers about it. Good luck!

    from my own personal usage and findings, your hair porosity might matter for the carrier oil! I found that the Jamaican black castor oil was a bit too heavy for my low porosity hair, so it weighed my hair down after I had a wash day. using the lighter oils such as the Argon Oil didn't leave me the same feeling! For anyone who doesn't know their own hair Porosity of either low, medium, or high level, just google "hair Porosity test" and that will help anyone looking for that! The Porosity level will let you know what light/heavy oils will be best for your hair

    Wouldn’t washing your hair 2 to 3 times a week damage your hair? Is there an alternative to this can I just leave it in?

    I've been able to grow my hair back with liittleextra reactivate hair growth serum. Taken a three-month apart. First one in Jan, second in March. It's important to apply the serum directly to the scalp and massage into skin with very little pressure. Avoid pull on your hair. The hair coming in seems to be good quality. There's been less hair fall overall. I apply at night, the serum doesn't make your hair greasy, but you only need a few drops to work - less is more. I also, switched pillows cases to a satin material so that my sleep is easier on my hair.

      I'd rate reactivate serum a full 10 out of 10 as I've tried numerous others, and this is the one that really worked.

      Man this reactivate hair serum is effective. You need to have self-belief and need to do two things as follows: Increase your water intake and avoid stress.

    Very wrong dilution. The International Association of Therapeutic Aromatherapists (IATA) recommends a maximum dilution ratio of 5% for essential oils when used topically. For a 30 mL (1 ounce) bottle of castor oil, this would translate to approximately 1.5 mL (0.05 ounces or 150 drops) of rosemary oil:

    L

    Can someone please tell me how much rosemary oil (that is diluted) I need for my whole scalp each time? I feel like I’ve been using way too much each time 😅 so it’s the 3rd time using this nature spell pre diluted oil tonight and I’ve used about 1 ounce each time am I supposed to be using less? Like just a few drops ? I’m confused and I don’t want to over oil my hair. The bottle has gone down a lot considering I’ve only used the stuff 3 times now. Someone please send help 😂
