Not sure why there are negative comments here, this is very useful indeed and taught me everything I needed to know to build out a fully budgeted software delivery project, thank you!
Glad you liked the tutorial Meenal. It could be that the particular budget cost is not marked by a group code, that your “group by” selection is perhaps not accurate, or you may not be in the task usage view.
Thanks for watching Carolina. The “Assign resources” button is greyed out when you are in any of the resource views. It will only be active in a task view. Hope that helps!
I was doing so good until you mentioned show project summary tasks. I have no idea where that is. Your mouse does not click on anything at that point and I am stuck. GRRRR
very annoying screen transitions that basically transition into the same screen. just very annoying. had to stop watching after 2:30 minutes of annoying useless screen transitions.

At 7:07, How did you manage to assing a resource to a task? I tried but as you said it can only be assing to the project summary.
which budget did you use? baseline or just budget? neither are working for me when using?
At 12:16 , you manually set the cost cost figures for the respective months. On my project, the fields are unchangeable. What could be the problem?
Tough to know without looking at the project Eldad
it was very helpful. calm tone voice made me more concentrated.
Informative Video. However, I am facing issue, Budget costs assigned at project summary task is not displayed when using group by. Please help!!

5:38 was a little confusing, but the video was helpful!
I cannot assign resources to the project. The "Assign" bottom is not activated, what did I do wrong?

My Assign button is Greyed out what would cause this?

I know this ain't very exciting subject but change your voice volume to capture your audience or something to make it more interesting
This is so blurry it is worthless. I have a headache trying to see it through. Please redo this!
It's recorded in 1080p HD! Try chaning the settings on the video player (little cog icon) and you can adjust the quality.
