"i was following orders" is not an excuse. without a direct order, the soldiers choices will fall under the rules of engagement. now, as soon as someone throws a bottle or the soldier feels like his life is in danger. someone is about to die. if innocent people are in the crowd.....oh wait, there is a curfew, there arent any innocent people in the crowd. everyone there is breaking the law. looters are hiding behind the cover of protesters. if you dont agree with what looters and rioters are doing, quit enabling them.
