I don't know if it's just me struggling to discover people that actually do fun gameplay, or if it's just my NFS nostalgia taking over; but you're probably my favourite ever creator in that genre. Speedrunners usually know how to do this right, Kuru is certaintly no exception.

I can explain 37:55 since I've managed to replicate the bug - it's an issue with the audio effect mixer (reverb effect in this case). After a certain volume (if you feed it a too loud sound) it bugs out like that and spits out weird sounds (buffer overflow of some sort).
