my best guess as to why you cant switch back to day from night is because your heat level stays the same all night while during the day it will go down so it's to stop players abusing it to escape the cops. a system should have been implemented that lets you switch at a heat of 0
Anyone else notice that there's a lot more voicelines that you don't normally hear in the story? I don't know if that's from the difficulty or the platform, but interesting nonetheless

Cops don't bother if your heat level is at 0 during night. But if you're in a event they will chase you if they spot you even with heat level 0
I'm thinking about getting back into this game. I only have the crew level 50 achievement left
i think they fixed the drift spot now cause i got heat 3 and cop picked me here and a had corvette cops down there so it's not just heat 1 cops now
