That's why they invented motorcycles! In some Asian countries whole families make do with a 125 cc Honda Wave. As with electric vehicles - if the electricity is not green but produced by burning coal in power plants they don't make much sense. Btw, the windshield looks like the rear window of another car. :)
The world needs more microcars, especially electric ones! Very few trips taken actually need a full-size, full-weight vehicle!
