The new bryan voice is clearly a japanese guy, you can hear it when he is saying 'EXCITING!" in his ending in t8. It's not the same VA as the guy who says "Come on!" in the tekken 7 intro, or the guy in t5 interludes who speaks english to yoshimitsu in full sentences.
Idk if there is only 2 actors, or 3.

​@ssjX06 David Schaufele voiced Eddie in Silent Hill 2. Last I remember, he spoke perfect English.
This guy has an accent so thick, that I am getting Jin Kazama in Hwoarang's T4 ending flashback.
