They say 10 balls in the beginning, but when playing it looks like everyone have a ball and it looks like you can only tag with a ball? If you only place 10 balls out, what do the people with no ball do? Thank you for your reply

I just tried this with my class... I had that they could only tag someone if they have a ball in hand.

so did I and it wasn't fun, lots of standing when there is 2-3 balls left
